Miles is the Principal Consultant at Invictus. A veteran consultant in ERP, PSA, and CRM systems with over 10 years of project experience spanning multiple products and industries, he enjoys every opportunity he gets to maximize the productivity of his clients through leveraging the software they use. He has experience in project roles ranging from Finance Lead on full end-to-end implementation projects to acting as the Defacto project manager, coordinator, and consultant all-in-one on dozens of smaller one-off projects.
